Red-tailed Minla 
(Khướu lùn đuôi đỏ, Minla ignotincta)

The red-tailed minla (Minla ignotincta), the only bird species of the genus Minla, is a passerine bird in the family Leiothrichidae. 
The bird is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam. 

Minla: Nepalese name Minla for the Red-tailed Minla (Minla ignotincta).
ignotincta: Latin ignis fire; tinctus painted (tingere to colour).
