Day1 Saigon Ho Chi Minh City – Can Tho Homestay (L/D)
From Ho Chi Minh City (or Saigon), our car takes us through the green countryside of the Mekong Delta to Can Tho. Arriving at Can Tho, we take a boat trip onto the Mekong River into the maze of arroyos and canals which lead to different communities.
After 40 minutes, we get off our boat and walk through the green orchards to our home for tonight. We have the whole afternoon visiting the village and assisting the family with their daily work depending on season: picking fruits, harvesting cacao, making wine, collecting vegetables and cooking local cuisine…
