The region is only known to some Vietnamese adventurous travelers and photographers for the amazing rice valley of Bac Son (Lang Son). People travel to Bac Son for the amazing colorful brocade woven of rice fields! Local farmers do not cultivate their rice at the same time, hence their different colors between May – November.

Day1 Hanoi – Thai Nguyen – Bac Son (Cycling: 50km) (-/L/D)
0800 A.M Our team pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi and together we travel through Thai Nguyen City. Once in the amazing countryside of Thai Nguyen, we’ll get our bike and helmet and set out on the fun-filled adventure. The cycling route is amid bucolic countryside with rice fields and mountains all the way. We’ll be arriving at our hosts family who belong to the Tay Family and who have been living in the heavenly valley of Bac Son for several decades.
Picnic lunch and dinner at the homestay.

An Impressive view of the Bac Son Valley, Lang Son
Day2 Bac Son Valley – Binh Gia (Cycling: 30km)/Bac Son – Hanoi (B/L)
Breakfast at the homestay.
Climb the Na Lay Mountain for stunning views of the Bac Son Valley and the surrounding.
Descend the mountain for cycling in the Bac Son Valley to Binh Gia and travel back to the hosts’ family for lunch.
