Bac Ninh is in the Red River Delta, 30km northeast of Hanoi in the north of Vietnam. The province was the cultural and political center of the country in the early days of the history. There is still the tomb of King Duong Vuong in Bac Ninh Province, who is believed to have been the forefather of the Vietnamese people.

Ho Chi Minh City is in southern Vietnam, north of the Mekong Delta. The city was founded in the 17th century and was known as Saigon then. Thanks to the convenient location and easy transportation, Saigon quickly turned into the center for all commercial activities in the whole region of southern Vietnam at the time.
Hanoi is the capital city of Vietnam with history of over 1,000 years old. With the vicissitude of Vietnam, Hanoi has taken into itself huge cultural influences from the East and the West. The blend of culture is the special draw card that attracts a large number of foreign visitors to travel to Hanoi every year.
Cao Bang is a mountainous province in the North East of Vietnam. Cao Bang offers fresh rice valleys alternated with towering mountains and waterfalls. Tuyen Quang is a mountainous province in the Northeast of Vietnam, 155km from Hanoi. Tuyen Quang offers fresh countryside landscape, untouched nature reserves and historical attractions. The province was once part of the ATK (Safe Zone) where the Viet Minh’s Headquarters was located during the Franco – Viet Minh War. Historical sites can be visited nowadays still.
Yen Bai is a mountainous province in the North West of Vietnam. The capital of the province is Yen Bai City, 182km from Hanoi. Yen Bai has a number of tourist attractions that are ideal for the adventure travellers including: Thac Ba Lake, Muong Lo Valley, Tu Le rice terraces, Mu Cang Chai rice terraces.
Dien Bien is a mountainous province in the North-West of Vietnam, 470km from Hanoi. Dien Bien Province shares the border with Laos to the West, with China to the North-West, with Lai Chau Province and Son La Province to the East. Dien Bien is famed for the historic Battle of Dien Bien Phu and for wild mountains inhabited by Black Thai communities. Dien Bien Phu nowadays is the name of the capital city of Dien Bien Province.
Lai Chau is a mountainous province located to the utmost North West of Vietnam, 450km from Hanoi. Lai Chau has a dry and temperate climate influenced by dry winds from Laos. Due to the remote location and lack of good infrastructure in the past, Lai Chau was not visited much by most travelers. Even most Vietnamese tourists do not normally make trips to Lai Chau.
