Collared Babbler 
(Gampsorhynchus torquatus)

The collared babbler (Gampsorhynchus torquatus) is a species of bird in the family Pellorneidae. 
Found in Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. 

Pellorneidae: from Pellorneum Ancient Greek pellos meaning "dark-coloured" with orneon meaning "bird".
Gampsorhynchus Greek: gampsos γαμψός curved, bent, crooked; rhunkhos bill.
torquatus: Latin torquis (“a twisted neck chain, necklace, collar”), from torqueō (“to turn, twist, bend”).
