Yellow-throated fulvetta

The yellow-throated fulvetta (Schoeniparus cinereus) is a species of bird in the family Pellorneidae.
The bird is found in south-eastern Asia from the Himalayas to north-central Vietnam.
Pellorneum, Pellorneidae: combines the Ancient Greek pellos meaning "dark-coloured" with orneon meaning "bird".
Schoeniparus: Greek skhoinos rush, reed; Latin Parus: tit.
"cinereus" refers to ash color (from Latin cinis, cineris for ashes).
