The Cat Cat, which is the name of a Black Hmong village and a waterfall, is located 2-2.5km west of Sapa Town. The path to Cat Cat from Sapa Town is via the Fansipan Road which starts from a corner of the stadium.

The Cat Cat Village and Waterfall were once a great tourist attraction and a must-see for every visitor to Sapa. The site has been changed recently which may be of interest to some and not to others. Still, the captivating mountain views from the path to the site are lovely and the walk is a good physical experience.
