Allowances for tourism by a local government in an area means there are possibilities that AdventureGreen could bring our foreign travelers into the respective area. Without official recognition by the local government, travel to some restricted areas, border-bound areas or many politically and culturally sensitive areas in Vietnam is not recommended. AdventureGreen operate our adventure tours, responsible holidays and community-based travel to regions allowed by the responsible authority only.
Muong Khuong, Bac Ha and Si Mai Cai are districts of Lao Cai Province and are home to a number of ethnic groups with untouched cultures. The natural landscapes in the region are exceptionally beautiful with mountains, waterfalls, rivers and ethnic villages.
AdventureGreen is in the pilot stage for promoting our responsible tours and community-based holidays in the region. Tourist infrastructure in the region is poor; except for Bac Ha, we could provide homestay as accommodation only. The highlights of the region include: visit and overnight at ethnic villages, untouched ethnic cultures and lifestyles, exotic ethnic markets at weekend, scenic river boat trips, challenging trekking adventures, mountain biking tours and motorbike tours.
