Bar-winged flycatcher-shrike 
(Phường chèo đen, Hemipus picatus)

The bar-winged flycatcher-shrike (Hemipus picatus) is a small passerine bird placed in the family Vangidae.
The bird is found in the forests of tropical southern Asia from the Himalayas and hills of southern India to Indonesia. 

Vangidae: from Vanga Malagasy name Vanga pied bird, for the Hook-billed Vanga: Vanga curvirostris.
Hemipus Greek hemi- half-, small; pous foot.
picata, picatus: Latin picatus bedaubed or smeared with tar.
pix, picis: pitch.
Latin pica: magpie.
