Trip to Khe Ro Forest Overview
Khe Ro, 140km north-east of Hanoi, is part of the West Yen Tu (Tay Yen Tu) Nature Reserve which is endowed with patches of primeval forest. The area is home to Tay, San Chi, Cao Lan, and Dao ethnic minorities.
The tour is for our travellers to appreciate the pristine nature of Khe Ro as well as the untouched cultures of local ethnic groups. By organizing the trip, AdventureGreen hopes to provide you with authentic experiences of Vietnam and assisting local people with additional incomes from tourism. Day1 Hanoi – Khe Ro Forest (L/D)
We leave Hanoi in the morning and travel north-ward to Bac Giang City where we turn into an idyllic country road to Khe Ro. The trip takes 3 hours. We arrive at Khe Ro just in good time for lunch at an ethnic family who are our hosts for tonight.
In the afternoon, take a hiking trip to explore the nature of Khe Ro Forest. We’ll hike to the top of the mountain for magnificent views of the untouched nature and have time to explore local communities.
Overnight with homestay.
Day2 Khe Ro – Hanoi (B/L)
Breakfast at the home.
Today is relaxing with a leisurely walk to visit ethnic communities and wander in the wilderness of Khe Ro. After lunch, bid farewell to the family and travel back to Hanoi where our adventure concludes.
