Hair-crested drongo 
(Chèo bẻo bờm, Dicrurus hottentottus)

The hair-crested drongo (Dicrurus hottentottus) is an Asian bird of the family Dicruridae. 
The bird is native from Bangladesh, India, and Bhutan through Indochina to China, Indonesia, and Brunei.

Dicruridae or Dicrurus is derived from the Greek words dikros meaning forked, ouros meaning tailed.
hottentottus Hottentots (= Khoikhoi), a nomad pastoral people of Namibia and South Africa where the bird specimen was believed from by mistake.
