Bronzed drongo

The bronzed drongo (Dicrurus aeneus) is a small Indomalayan bird belonging to the drongo group.
The bird residents in the forests of the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia.

Dicruridae or Dicrurus is derived from the Greek words dikros meaning forked, ouros meaning tailed.
aeneus in Latin means "of a bronze colour" or "coppery".
