Rufous treepie

The rufous treepie (Dendrocitta vagabunda) is a treepie, a member of the crow family, Corvidae, native to the Indian Subcontinent and adjoining parts of Southeast Asia.

The generic name is derived from the Greek words dendron, meaning "tree," and kitta, meaning "magpie".
