Pu Luong Tour is a soft adventure tour to the untouched Pu Luong Nature Reserve (Thanh Hoa Province) for 2 days, 1 night. The tour is suitable to families, couples as well as groups.
Pu Luong Adventure Tour Overview
Pu Luong Nature Reserve includes two mountain ranges running in parallel running north-south with patches of forests in between. There are several ethnic Thai, Muong communities inhabiting in the nature reserve.
The Pu Luong Nature Reserve is 180km southwest of Hanoi and on this tour we take the route via the former Ho Chi Minh Trail. Accommodations on the tour can either be homestay at a local Thai family with poor conditions (but with Western toilet and bathroom) or at a comfortable ecological lodge upon your request.

Detailed itinerary
Day1 Hanoi – Pu Luong Nature Reserve (in Quan Hoa and Ba Thuoc, Thanh Hoa Province)/Thai Ethnic Villages (L/D)
AdventureGreen tour guide and driver pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and we head out of the busy city for the countryside and mountainous mountains to the southwest of the city. The road is in great condition and the landscape on the way is so lovely that you may want to stop for photography some times.
At Xuan Mai, we turn into the Ho Chi Minh Road to the Pu Luong Nature Reserve. The last leg of the journey is on a country road amid rice fields and Thai ethnic villages. We arrive at the nature reserve in time for lunch.
In the afternoon, visit Thai villages amid terraces rice fields: Pa Ban Village, Bang Village, Don Village. Our vehicle will drop you off on the road for you to take a leisurely stroll back home while adoring the spectacular landscape at the most beautiful moments of the day

Day2 Pu Luong Nature Reserve, Bat Cave & Kho Muong Village/Pu Luong – Hanoi (B/L)
Have breakfast.
Have leisurely hiking tour around the Kho Muong Village, the nearby Bat Cave and the vicinity.
Have lunch.
