Day1 Hanoi – Ho Family Citadel – Bich Dong - Tam Coc (no included meals)
0800 A.M A 3-hour journey brings us southward to the peaceful countryside of Thanh Hoa Province. Arriving at Vinh Loc, we visit the worshiping house of the Trinh Lords who ruled northern Vietnam from the 16th to the 18th century. Then, proceed to Ho Citadel where we have time to learn about the history of the citadel as well as that of Vietnam at the time.
After mid day break, we travel back to Ninh Binh and arrive in mid afternoon. Enjoy a trip to visit Bich Dong Pagoda built into a limestone cave. Marvel at the scenic countryside around the pagoda. Then travel to the hotel. You have the remainder of the day relaxing in the captivating countryside of Ninh Binh at Tam Coc.

Day2 Visit Tam Coc and Hoa Lu (Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, Bich Dong)/Ninh Binh – Ha Noi (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
We have the morning strolling around Tam Coc and take part in the ordinary life of this backwater. Then, have a 2-hour boat trip amid the mesmerizing natural beauty of Tam Coc. We have time for lunch break (on your account).

Then, take a country road to the heart of Hoa Lu surrounded by limestone mountains. The area was the site of the capital of Vietnam in the 10th century. Visit the 2 temples dedicated to the 2 Royal Families of Vietnam back in time.
